Healing Happens in Relationships
Most people don't come to therapy because something is "wrong" with them. They come because they've spent years carrying things they were never meant to carry alone.

About Ali
Hi, I'm Ali.
I'm an LPC-Associate passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life's challenges — building resilience, healing from trauma, and strengthening relationships.
My background includes working extensively with foster children and families, supporting reunification efforts, and helping people process complex experiences that shape emotional well-being, self-esteem, and how we connect with others.
Because of that work, I've learned that healing is rarely linear. It happens when people feel seen, heard, safe, and supported enough to begin exploring the parts of their story they've had to carry in silence.
"You don't have to have everything figured out. You just have to show up."
My Approach
Therapy Should Feel Like a Conversation
I believe every person already carries strengths they can use to create meaningful change. My work is collaborative and trauma-informed — honoring your experiences, your values, and what you want your life to look like on the other side of this.
Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, build practical coping skills, and create a path toward healing that feels authentic and sustainable. You set the pace. I hold the space.
Therapy isn't about fixing you. It's about creating room to finally put some of that weight down.

What Ali Specializes In
Ali works with children (ages 8+), adolescents, adults, and families navigating a range of experiences.
Why This Work Matters
"I Believe Healing Is Possible."
As a Behavioral Health Specialist with foster children and families, I witnessed incredible resilience in people who had experienced hardship, loss, and uncertainty. Those experiences continue to shape how I show up in the therapy room.
I believe people are capable of growth, even when they feel stuck. And I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be fully human — without judgment.
